Implementation

Rolling out an AI growth system isn’t buying a tool. It’s changing how your team ships growth.

Most growth tools fail the same way: bought in January, ignored by June — not because the tool was bad, but because nobody changed the workflow around it. We built AppDNA to ship experiments weekly. This is the offer where we make sure your team actually does.

01Two layers

You’re buying two things. Only one of them is software.

The system you switch on todayDAY 1

The platform itself: nine growth modules, the Insight Inbox, the experiments engine, one SDK — installed in under an hour of engineering. Your audit already pre-configured the workspace: strategies, KPIs, guardrails, a prioritized backlog. The machinery is the fast part.

The growth practice we build with youWEEKS 1–8

The part that decides whether the machinery matters: a weekly experiment rhythm, clear ownership of each funnel stage, a review ritual where results become decisions, and a team that reads the Insight Inbox the way it reads email. Tools don’t create habits. People running a method do.

The tool ships changes in minutes. The practice is why you’re still shipping them in month twelve.

02The method

How we implement — and why it sticks.

The same method on every path. What changes between paths is who does the work.

01
We start from the foundation, not a quick scan.

Implementation begins with the groundwork everything else stands on: the full growth strategy, your funnel design across the nine modules, the operating process, and a skills map for your team — built from your historical data, content calendar, and creatives where they apply. The audit sits before implementation, not inside it; the build starts here.

IN PRACTICEWeek two produces a documented strategy, funnel design, process, and skills map — the foundation, not a list of ideas.
02
You work on your real experiments from day zero.

No sandbox app, no sample data. Your first session ends with a real experiment specced against your real paywall, onboarding, or store listing — live within 14 days of SDK install.

IN PRACTICEWeek 1’s homework is approving an experiment, not watching a video about experiments.
03
We train the team, not a hero.

If one champion learns the system and then changes jobs, you’re back at zero. We define named roles — who owns the backlog, who approves, who reviews results — so the practice survives any single departure.

IN PRACTICEBy week 4, at least two people on your team have independently shipped an experiment end to end.
04
We build your skills, not your dependence.

An agency’s incentive is to stay. Ours is the opposite: the engagement is designed to end. Every session transfers a capability until you don’t need us in the room.

IN PRACTICEThe last two weeks, we attend your growth review as observers. You run it.
05
Everything we build stays in your workspace.

Strategies, experiment history, playbooks, decisions — all of it lives in your workspace and your Growth Memory, not in a consultant’s head or a slide deck. And it’s exportable.

IN PRACTICEWhen the engagement ends, you lose our calendar slots. You lose nothing else.
06
The system keeps coaching after we stop.

When the human architects step out, the agent team stays in: a specialist agent for every module keeps watching your data, diagnosing, and drafting experiments for your approval — every week, indefinitely.

IN PRACTICEThe method’s “textbook” is built into the product you’re already paying for.
Where the method comes from — the receipt

It’s how the AppDNA team ran growth engagements for a decade, delivered as services — the practice that became the platform. One example: a dating app came to us wanting more downloads; the analysis said the funnel underneath was broken. We fixed the funnel first — onboarding, paywall placement, pricing, trials — and only then scaled acquisition.

03Three paths — start anytime

Three ways in. Same method. Same destination.

No cohorts, no waiting for a start date — you start when your funnel is ready, which is now. The only scarcity here is honest: done-for-you is capped by our team’s capacity, not by a marketing calendar.

Not sure? Book a discovery call — part of the plan we deliver is a recommendation for which path fits, including “Framework is enough for you,” if it’s true.

05The process

From first call to independence — the five phases.

0
Phase 0 — Discovery callFree · 30–35 min · no demo

We don’t present — we listen; about 70% of the call is you talking. Three questions: your one success number, how long idea-to-live-test takes today, and whether you can answer “did X affect Y?” in five minutes. If we’re not a fit, we say so on this call.

1
Phase 1 — Growth ConceptionFree · delivered in 2 days

A real plan, not a pitch deck: your biggest leaks, the first three experiments we’d run, the path we recommend, and what it would cost. Yours to keep — whether or not you buy.

2
Phase 2 — Proposal & kickoff

Exact scope, exact price, named Growth Architect, mutual NDA. You approve; we schedule kickoff the same week wherever possible. No long onboarding theater.

3
Phase 3 — Implementation

The SDK goes live in under an hour; the workspace is configured from your audit. Your first experiment is live within 14 days — at 10% traffic, stop-loss armed, approved by you. Then the weekly rhythm: spec, approve, ship, review.

4
Phase 4 — Handover & independence

We transfer the last capabilities, your team runs the growth review with us observing, and we step out. Then checkpoints at +30/+60/+90 days. The platform keeps proposing; Growth Memory keeps compounding.

06The risk-reversal stack

Every reason to hesitate, dismantled in order.

1
The audit is free.

You see your Growth Score, your biggest leak, and a 90-day plan before you spend anything. ~2 minutes, no credit card.

2
The Conception is free.

A real implementation plan in 2 days, yours to keep — even if you take it elsewhere.

3
Everything built stays yours.

Strategies, experiment history, playbooks, Growth Memory — in your workspace, exportable. We keep our calendar. You keep everything else.

4
Service Continuity guarantee.

Done-for-you: your scope gets delivered, period. If the system falls short of agreed standards, the team delivers the same work manually, same price. In writing.

5
No long lock-in.

Implementation engagements are fixed-scope, not renew-forever retainers. The platform subscription is month-to-month on self-serve.

6
You approve everything that ships.

Through the whole engagement — including done-for-you — nothing reaches users without your approval. Staged rollouts, stop-loss, instant rollback.

Michael's photo

“I ran growth engagements for a decade before building AppDNA. The pattern that made me build it: the strategy was never the hard part. Shipping was. Teams paid agencies for beautiful decks, implemented 10% of them, and called growth ‘hard.’ This offer exists so that what we plan is running in your app by week two — and still running after we leave. That last part is the whole point.”

FAQ

Ten questions growth leads and founders ask before an implementation.

01Is this just a course?

Framework is also a course — but finishing it means having a configured Growth OS, because every video’s homework happens in your own workspace. Add the toolkit, the 11 build playbooks, the copilot prompt pack, the community, and a platform that keeps proposing experiments after the videos end. Guided and Done-for-you add what no course has: a named expert accountable for your funnel.

02How much time does this actually take my team?

Your growth owner invests 3–4 h/wk on Guided (2–3 on DFY), plus decisions within 48h at approval gates. Your engineer spends ~1 h once on the SDK, then ~30 min/wk for two weeks, then near zero. An exec sponsor needs ~30 min/wk. If your team can’t find those hours, the honest answer is: fix that first.

03What remains after the engagement ends?

Everything except our calendar. The configured workspace, your Growth Memory with every experiment and result, the strategies and playbooks, the toolkit, community access, and a team that has shipped experiments without us — all exportable. The engagement is designed to end.

04Can we start with Framework and upgrade to Guided later?

Yes, any time — evergreen means no waiting. Upgrade within 60 days and the full $1,900 is credited against Guided. Some Guided teams also finish and stay in the Framework community. Both are fine outcomes.

05Why are done-for-you slots limited? Is that a trick?

No — it’s headcount. Each engagement gets a dedicated Growth Architect for weeks, and we have finitely many. Four per month is what we can deliver at the standard the Service Continuity guarantee holds us to. When the month is full, you get the next one.

06We’d be sharing funnel, pricing, and revenue data. What about confidentiality?

Mutual NDA before the discovery deep-dive. Your workspace is isolated — enforced in code, not policy; your data never trains a shared model and is never visible to other customers. And Guided and DFY are 1:1 by design — no competitor is in the room, because there is no room.

07How is done-for-you pricing quoted — and why is founding pricing flat?

After the free audit and discovery, because a 30K-MAU meditation app and a 2M-MAU fitness portfolio aren’t the same project. The Phase 2 proposal shows exact scope and figure before you commit. Founding engagements run $15,000 flat: we’re building our case-study library, and founding customers are part of it.

08Why “from $15,000” — what moves the price?

Four things move scope: scale (users → segments and careful rollouts), surface area (platforms, markets, locales), stack complexity (integrations, data cleanup, event QA), and organization (stakeholders, security, procurement). The audit tells us which you are; your Conception shows the exact price. The floor is real: small apps pay it.

09What if it doesn’t work?

Two mechanisms. First: the audit and Conception are free, so you’re never buying blind. Second: done-for-you carries the Service Continuity guarantee — your scope gets delivered, or the team does the work manually at the same price. And whatever happens, everything built is yours and exportable.

10We already work with an agency. Does this replace them?

Not necessarily. Agencies are good at creative, paid media, and brand. What they can’t do is ship changes inside your app without a release, or leave their learning behind when the account manager moves on. Several setups keep the agency on media and put AppDNA on the funnel — the Conception will say which fits.
